Raj has over 25 years of experience in banking, advisory and senior management roles including designing and managing capital programs, arranging capital products (equity, convertibles and debt), acquisition and divestment of loan portfolios and capital and operations restructuring. Raj has deep sector expertise in the financial services space having arranged funding for a range of non-bank and fintech companies establishing funding lines across key transitional stages of their growth journey.

Prior to establishing RTG Capital Partners, Raj was a Partner within KPMG Corporate Finance division where he successfully built the NSW practice of the national Debt Advisory division. Before joining KPMG, Raj held roles with ANZ, Westpac and Barclays working on a range of complex structured transactions in Australia and NZ.
